The Theremini, a re-imagination of one of the oldest electronic musical instruments and synthesis pioneer Bob Moog's first love, the theremin, fuses the unique experience of playing an instrument without physical contact. Designed to provide immediate success for players of any skill level or physical ability, the Theremini offers new avenues for experimentation with music, education, and gestural control.

The Theremini's Pitch Correction system allows for the distinct notes and steps of a musical scale, with 22 Scales available, each beginning on one of 12 Root notes. This Pitch Correction can be adjusted to match the performer's skill, effectively altering the playing difficulty.

Equipped with a built-in speaker and a headphone jack for private rehearsal, the Theremini's internal sound engine, based on Moog's award-winning Animoog synthesizer, offers 32 presets, each with a distinct tonality or timbre. Additionally, an onboard stereo effects section is provided, adding depth and spaciousness to the overall sound.

The Theremini caters to both beginners and experienced musicians, with its assistive pitch correction allowing each player to customize the instrument's level of playing difficulty. A built-in tuner uses the LCD to provide real-time visual feedback on the played notes and their proximity to perfection, aiding in the development of the player's musicianship.

The Theremini's presets section offers a diverse selection of 32 wave- or wavetable-based presets, each with a distinct tonality or timbre, allowing for a wide range of sonic exploration.
